About the Conference

The Creating a Climate for Change Conference is an annual gathering that brings together community members, leaders, advocates, educators, health professionals, researchers, policymakers, and organizations to share ideas, build partnerships, and advance solutions that strengthen communities.

This year's theme, Community Power Without Borders: Building Healthy, Resilient, and Sustainable Communities, highlights the power of collaboration and community-driven action. Through engaging panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities, participants will share knowledge, explore innovative strategies, and build partnerships that support healthier, stronger, and more sustainable communities.
